Having received Christ as my Savior and Lord, and being in agreement with Greater Life Church's doctrinal statement and ministry philosophy, I commit myself to God and to the members of Greater Life Church to do the following:

1. I will protect the unity of my church by acting in love towards others, by refusing to gossip, and by following the church leadership. (Ephesians 4:3, Romans 14:19, 1 Peter 1:22, 1 Peter 3:8, Romans 12:10, Ephesians 4:29 & Hebrews 13:17)

2. I will share the responsability of my church by praying for its members, by attending faithfully, and by giving regularly. (1 Thesalonians 1:1-2, Romans 12:12, Hebrews 10:25, 1 Corinthians 16:2 & Malachi 3:10)

3. I will serve the ministry of my church by developing a servant's heart, by using my gifts and talents, and by being equipped to serve by my pastors. (Luke 17:10, Philippians 2:4-5 & 7, 1 Peter 4:10, Ephesians 4:11-12)

4. I will support the testimony of my church by living a godly life, by welcoming others, by sharing Christ, and by making disciples. (Philippians 1:27, 1 Peter 4:9, Matthew 28:19-20)
